2017 Year End Market Share for Williamsburg VA Real Estate
Once again it was a great year for Liz Moore and Associates!
The numbers are in for the 2017 calendar year in the Williamsburg Virginia real estate market. Our office (Liz Moore and Associates) has a commanding lead in market share with 19% of the market.
Not to brag but our company’s listings and sales were greater than the combined listings and sales of seven area real estate brokerages including: Coldwell Banker Traditions, Williamsburg Realty, Fords Colony Realty, Twiddy Realty, CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty, RE/MAX Capital & Keller Williams -Williamsburg who were the 7th-13th place finishers in sales in the Williamsburg VA real estate market in 2017
In second place is Long and Foster, third place is Berkshire Hathaway Home Services followed by Howard Hanna William E. Wood.
