Burgesses Quarters is a new townhome community being built in the middle of Wyndham Patriots Place off Bypass Rd. in Upper York County VA (Williamsburg) A total of 97 units will be built. The first building with models is finished and a second row was under construction as of Dec 2018.
All of the models built will offer a one car garage, 2-3 second-floor bedrooms, an optional third-floor bedroom with bath can be added. Pricing starts in the upper $200,000s. No first floor master bedroom models are planned at this time.
The community is in York County and kids living there will attend Waller Mill Elementary, Queens Lake Middle and Bruton High School.

No neighborhood amenities are planned but residents can join the James City County Rec Center for its fitness and pool facilities. The YMCA, Ironbound Gym, The WISC and American Family Fitness are other options.
The builder, Graf Construction of Chesapeake has been building custom homes since 1992, taking particular care to work with clients individually throughout the entire construction process. The owner m Dennis Graf, a graduate of Virginia Tech earned a degree in mechanical engineering and worked in that field before starting his career in home building. Graf Construction has won an impressive 25 Awards in past Homearama Shows, including Critics’ Choice gold award, the Past Presidents’ and Peoples Choice Gold Award for best in show, as well as awards for most creative and best craftsmanship.
