Jay Epstein, President/Developer/Builder of Health E Community Enterprises has created  Virginia’s first Zero Energy Ready Home community at Walnut Farms in James City County/ Williamsburg VA At Walnut Farm, there will be a collection of 75 homes all with front porches that will promote neighborly living and community interaction. You choose which level of efficiency is right for your family. Each home will come with a designated area on the roof that is prewired for solar panels.
