As of March 2011 they developer of High Street has rented all of the townhomes that had been for sale.

The lowest priced townhomes had been listed at $394k and were also available for a lease purchase at $1950 monthly. It seems they will remain rentals for the time being.

Sterling Manor is centered within the retail village of High Street. The development is comprised of 191 apartment homes, 43 garages and a clubhouse. The overall development named High Street was built by Daniel W. Aston in his capacity as a partner with Roseland Property Company. The overall development also includes retail, which is called The Shops at High Street.

Sterling Manor Apartments are three and four-story elevator served buildings with a central corridor that are also served by two staircases.
