Located within the city limits of Williamsburg, VA. Holly Hills Carriage Homes is a quaint town home development located on the steps to historic Colonial Williamsburg, and offers 3 and 4 bedroom town homes with  either  1 or 2 car garages.

Home sizes in the community range from 2135 square feet to 3400 square feet. Some were offered with walk out basements. Most of the homes were built from 2000-2004 although a few were completed in 2007. All were built by local builder Atlantic Homes of Williamsburg, VA. Builder of many landmark communities throughout the area. For over 30 years they have been one of the largest and most admired home building companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Atlantic Homes is currently building in the following communities: New Town, Stonehouse, Kensington Woods in Williamsburg and Church Square in Smithfield. They also build homes in the Richmond Va and Raleigh/ Durham areas  of North Carolina.

The home owner association fee is $270 per quarter ( 2010)  The fee covers all lawn maintenance and maintenance of the common areas. Due to its location within the  City of Williamsburg property tax rates are only .54 per $100. Taxes for 2010 are in the $2000-$2400 range annually for townhomes in Holly Hills..

Standard features of the Carriage Homes in Holly Hills included 9-foot first-floor ceiling height, six-panel interior doors with lever handles, gas fireplace with logs and marble surround, security system with one keypad, all- brick siding and low-maintenance vinyl windows

An active social committee exists within the community. Some of the events slated through the year are: Wine & Cheese/TGIF Parties, Dining Out Events. Outdoor Potluck-Style Picnics, Reading Circle, Holly Hills Helping Hands (4-H)  Designed to assist one another during emergencies, Annual Christmas Crawl , Annual Thanksgiving Basket Project – Baskets are filled with food contributions from the entire neighborhood.  These items are collected and delivered  to the Williamsburg Fire and Police Departments to thank them for their service to the community and more…
