Richmond VA Parade of Homes starts Sat Oct 1st

Tour 90 new homes located throughout the Greater Richmond area including Counties of Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, King William, New Kent, Powhatan, and the City of Richmond. Neighborhoods include Vaughan Heights, Viniterra,  RounTrey, Scot’s Landing, Hallsley and Summerduck Farm.

This is the best opportunity to see every type of new home imaginable, showcasing the latest in designs, construction techniques, and materials, at prices ranging from the $200s to over $1.2M

Builders compete for awards in categories such as best bathroom, kitchen and curb appeal. Winners were announced earlier this week in price groups ranging from the $200,000s to upwards of $1.2 million.

The showcase will be held each weekend through Oct. 23. Homes are open from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free.
