The Reserve at Williamsburg

The Reserve at Williamsburg is one of the newest and fastest selling communities in the area. The first  section of 45 detached homes has now sold out although we will see a few resales. Five different floor plans were offered including 3 with first floor owner’s suites. The community also offers the area’s most luxurious clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool, gym, yoga room, and multiple entertainment areas. SOLD OUT Reserve at Williamsburg floor plans

The Reserve at Williamsburg was a senior housing/independent living Planned Development approved by York County back in  September of 2006. The development, located on the east side of Mooretown Road between two timeshare resorts, was approved as a 63-acre independent living senior housing community with up to 459 dwelling units and a 7.7-acre commercial center (including a future fire station site proffered by the developer) along Mooretown Road. The first phase of the project (Verena at Williamsburg), consists of 120 rental apartment units.

The townhome section at The Reserve is now open and selling quickly. For a villa that offers style and space, but never sacrifices convenience and comfort, look no further than the new Calvert model. As soon as you enter the foyer you’ll know you’ve arrived. To your right a cozy nook shelters an eat-in kitchen with a pantry cupboard, full sized laundry room, and convenient powder room. Ahead lies a light-filled open-concept floorplan that features room for a dining room, and great room but never feels closed off. A fireplace can be added for even more light and warmth. A wall of windows and a door on the back wall lets the outside in. The owner’s bedroom is off the living space, near at hand but separated from the living area by an ante space. Entering the owner’s suite is like entering your own private spa – retreat from the day to the owner’s bath, with its double bowl vanity and shower with seat. A huge walk-in closet gives you plenty of storage space.
Upstairs is another large bedroom and bath, and more coveted finished storage space. Add an optional third bedroom and you’ll get another large walk-in closet as well.  No matter what options you choose, the Calvert features attractive traditional or craftsman facades, all with covered entry ways.

About mrwilliamsburg

I love Williamsburg !
Being “Mr. Williamsburg” and starting my web site in 2004 has been a great way for me to help people looking for homes for sale, communities and an “insider knowledge.” of the area.
Turned out I was onto something. Because I offer in-depth information and up-to-the-minute blogging, even international clients have found me. One couple, moving back to the States from France, told me that a post I wrote blog about grocery shopping in Williamsburg convinced them that Williamsburg was the place to be, and that I was the best source by far that they found on the web.
I’m happy to say that I hear similar comments from many of my clients looking for homes throughout Williamsburg and Hampton Roads.
I grew up in Virginia Beach, Va, After attending college, I worked at a number of positions including manager of a land development and construction company and business manager of a cut flower business that we grew in sales from $300,000 to $15 million (we were supplier to Whole Foods and one of the first cut flower suppliers to Costco).
In 2004, it seemed like a good time to simplify my life. I moved my family from Annapolis to Williamsburg. I went into real estate with Liz Moore and Associates, and was one of the initial agents when Liz opened her Williamsburg branch.
My sons Zach and Josh attend Lafayette High School and Hornsby Middle School and are crazy about sports and the outdoors.
I feel lucky to be living the dream, and saving two to four hours by not driving on the DC beltway every day. So, I can now spend my time with family while concentrating on learning — and sharing — information about living in Williamsburg.
In real estate, no two people or transactions are the same. Everything’s a challenge, and I’m rewarded every time in close a transaction and have the opportunity to see the smiles on clients’ faces.
Please email or call me for assistance with any real estate questions about the area
