Although the original developer has sold all the original lots there are a few left for resale purchase. Public water is available at all lots and sewer is taken care of with septic systems. Lot sales in Wexford Hill commenced in the mid 1990’s and lot re-sales continue through today.

Additionally the park offers more than 25 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking and horseback/ equestrian riding. The park has fishing spots for  fresh and saltwater fisherman,a playground , picnic shelters, and seasonal bike, boat, kayak and recreational equipment rentals.
