Which home would you buy ?

I had a chance to visit two recent listings in the Carriage Homes at Williamsburg Commons in Williamsburg VA. Its not often you can see two almost identical homes one all original and one totally renovated with an HGTV look. The renovation results are stunning as you can see below in the photos..

Now the question remains would you pay a $50k premium for the upgraded/ updated home ?  What say you ?
