| Homearama 2019, Tidewater Builder Association’s annual showcase of single site, custom-built homes, returns to Chesapeake’s Culpepper Landing neighborhood. The event runs three consecutive weekends, Oct. 25 to November 10. Hours are Noon to 7 p.m. on Fridays, and from Noon to 6 p.m. on Saturdays and the first two Sundays. Homearama is open from Noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 10. Single Day Ticket – $10 Military and First Responders – First weekend, tickets are ½ price. A $3 discount is honored all other days. Tickets must be purchased at the gate to receive these discounts. Military ID is required. |
| Special themed weekends include First Responder and Military Appreciation, Bluegrass and Brews and Family Fun Days. This year’s builders are Eagle Construction of VA (two homes), East Coast Development Group, JF Schoch Building Corp. and Joey Corp. House themes include: the Chesapeake House, proceeds to benefit the Sheriff’s “Children Today, Leaders Tomorrow” program, the Closet Factory House, the TBA Scholarship House, and Chesapeake Regional Healthcare |
