A Thrilling New Attraction Coming to Busch Gardens in 2025!

If you’ve been to Busch Gardens as much as my family has over the years, you know there’s always something exciting on the horizon. Whether you’re chasing the thrills of their iconic coasters or enjoying a leisurely day in the park, Busch Gardens has been a Williamsburg staple for as long as I can remember. When my kids were younger, we’d visit often, and it was always one of our favorite local spots for family fun.

Now, there’s something new on the way for both coaster lovers and families to enjoy. Coming in 2025, Busch Gardens will unveil a brand-new family-friendly inverted roller coaster that will let riders become the beast in a heart-pounding adventure across a Bavarian village.

The Story Behind the Ride

Long ago, a mysterious wolf descended upon a quiet Bavarian town, turning its inhabitants into werewolves and leaving devastation in its wake. Fast forward forty years, and the villagers now honor their past with an eerie celebration—the Festival of the Silent Bells. However, just as the festival begins, strange noises fill the air: footsteps, growling, and the unmistakable gleam of bright red eyes. The wolf has returned.

Guests will get to experience the chaos first-hand, racing through the streets of the abandoned village as the beast itself. The inverted coaster will span over 2,500 feet of track and hit speeds of up to 40 miles per hour, offering thrills for adventurers of all ages.

A Name You Can Choose

One of the most exciting parts? Busch Gardens is giving visitors the opportunity to help name this new immersive coaster. From now until September 25, you can vote for one of these three potential names: WölfSturm, WölfsReign, or GeisterWölf. Be part of Busch Gardens’ history by casting your vote and helping choose the name that will define this exhilarating new ride.

You can participate in the naming contest by visiting Busch Gardens’ coaster naming page.

This new attraction is sure to become a family favorite, just as so many other rides and experiences have over the years.
