Broad Street Realty Announces Newly Signed Lease with The Meadows Original Frozen Custard and London Company Coffee & Tea
Broad Street Realty LLC, the commercial real estate company behind the mixed-use development Midtown Row, introduces two new concepts to the Williamsburg market – The Meadows Original Frozen Custard and
London Company Coffee & Tea. Both have executed a lease to occupy the 2,110 SF former Langley Federal Building located along Richmond Road. The ownership group is local to the Williamsburg area.
Here’s the scoop – The Meadows Original Frozen Custard is an international offering that originated in Hollidaysburg, PA in 1950. The Meadows is known for its quality, rich flavor and creamy, unique texture of custard that’s made fresh daily by specialty hand-made machines. In addition to custard, the Meadows will feature a full line of frozen dessert products; including frozen yogurt, Italian ice, milkshakes, and artic swirls.
London Company Coffee & Tea (LCCT) will also be an essential part of the business. Their coffee and tea will be sourced from Passenger Coffee, a Lancaster, PA-based coffee roaster that was named the Pennsylvania winner of Food and Wine magazine’s “Best Coffee” in 2018. LCCT will also offer a full line of locally sourced baked goods,
specializing in their own signature “biscuit in a basket” with homemade jams. Ownership is extremely excited to not only bring the Williamsburg community together through delicious custard, but also through thoughtfully sourced coffee and tea. In addition to their rustic indoor atmosphere, the shop will feature a walk-up window and drive-thru
lane for those on the go. There will also be an outside patio and seating.
”Midtown Row, located at “Main and Main” in the heart of Williamsburg, Virginia, is a curated retail experience and residential district. It includes restaurants, shops, apartments, entertainment, office space, as well as a village green featuring outdoor programming and community event space.
