New townhomes potentially coming to Wyndham
DR Horton has applied to the city of Williamsburg for conceptual review for 12 new townhomes to be built on the undeveloped land of Wyndham West.
The original developer built the first section of Wyndham plantation then later on in the mid-2000s built the Wyndham West section right across Capital Landing Road those units became rentals after unsuccessfully marketing them for sale during the recession.

The map location is 120 Wax Myrtle Dr. in the city of Williamsburg directly off capital Landing Road very close to the colonial Parkway
There are no further details at this point except that it will be 12 townhomes in total with two car garages hardiplank siding, they will be 26 feet wide and offer basements
