New Townhomes Proposed for South Boundary Street in Williamsburg

Cale Development has submitted conceptual plans for a new residential project in the City of Williamsburg—three townhomes proposed for 513 South Boundary Street, just a short stroll from Colonial Williamsburg and the William & Mary campus. The initial submission was reviewed by the Architectural Review Board on March 25, 2025 at the Stryker Center.

This project is still in the conceptual review phase, with no approvals or construction timelines in place yet. Renderings show a thoughtfully designed building with historic-style elements that align with the charm of the surrounding area. Cale Development is a familiar name in the region, having completed well-regarded communities such as Holly Hills, Holly Hills Carriage Homes, Landfall, and others.

Preliminary exterior specs include:

• LP synthetic wood siding and trim in Capital White CW-10

• Fiberglass doors and aluminum-clad windows in Mopboard Black CW-680

• Architectural asphalt shingles in GAF Weatherwood

• Concrete driveways and walkways

• Composite decks and rails in Capital White or natural finish

At this time, no additional information is available on pricing, availability, or floor plans—but I’ll be keeping an eye out and will share updates as soon as they’re released.
