Welcome to Levi Hall Farmhouse Inn: Your Gateway to Charm, History, and Adventure

I’m thrilled to introduce my latest short-term rental/Airbnb project—Levi Hall Farmhouse Inn, located in Blairs, Virginia! This beautiful farmhouse sits on 12 picturesque acres, which were originally part of a 300-acre property dating back to 1900. True to its roots, the inn will feature a farmhouse animal theme, with uniquely designed suites such as the Cow Suite, the Chicken Suite, and the Pig Suite.

This is my second short-term rental project, following the success of my first property in Charles City, Virginia. That property has been operating for two years and has become an unexpected asset for my real estate business. Many of my clients have stayed there during transitional periods, such as after selling their home and while waiting for the perfect property to come on the market. With Levi Hall Farmhouse Inn, I’m excited to take all I’ve learned and create an even more welcoming retreat.

Blairs, Virginia, is perfectly situated in the heart of Southern Virginia, offering a central location that’s ideal for exploring the region’s rich history, outdoor adventures, and vibrant small-town charm. Just a short drive from Danville, Lynchburg, and Martinsville, Blair provides convenient access to scenic byways, historic landmarks, and local attractions. Whether you’re planning to explore nearby Smith Mountain Lake, visit local wineries, or cycle along picturesque country roads, Levi Hall Farmhouse Inn is your perfect home base for discovering all that this beautiful area has to offer. Historical Roots and Vision

Levi Hall Farmhouse Inn preserves the charm and character of its past. To honor its heritage, I’ve designed a sign that incorporates an original photo of the property as it appeared in 1900. Additionally, a survey from the 1960s highlights the original boundaries, giving guests a glimpse into the history of the land.

The Joy of Decorating a Farmhouse

For the past year and a half, I’ve been collecting farm animal-themed art to prepare for decorating Levi Hall Farmhouse Inn. From vintage pieces to quirky modern designs, each artwork has been carefully curated to fit the farmhouse vibe and enhance the charm of the themed suites. To add to this collection, I recently made a trip to Hobby Lobby and scored big! Believe it or not, it was my first visit, and I was amazed by their extensive selection of art and décor items. Most of what I purchased was on clearance—some marked down by as much as 75%! My overflowing shopping cart included even more treasures to bring the suites to life, making each space unique and inviting.
