53rd Annual Williamsburg VA Christmas Homes Tour

The Green Spring Garden Club Homes Tour will feature six houses in and around Colonial Williamsburg, open to the public only for the tour, several for the first time. Each will be beautifully decorated with holiday floral arrangements. Four houses are private residences; two are used for special functions.The houses include the Custis Tenement, on Duke of Gloucester Street, now serving as the newly-renovated and decorated gathering place for Bruton Parish Church; the Unicorn’s Horn, a charming private residence also on Duke of Gloucester Street; and the Coke-Garrett House on Nicholson Street, furnished with adaptations, reproductions and antiques from the Colonial Williamsburg collection.Three additional homes are located close-by on South England and Tyler Streets.The Seymour Powell Tenement is one of the 88 original buildings from 18th-century Williamsburg, filled with the residents’ collection of lovely antiques. The Richardson home is a completely-renovated and enlarged “cottage-style” house built in 1910. The Brooks home, built in 2009, is a contemporary home with traditional touches, an outdoor kitchen and lovely gardens.

Tickets are $30 for a full Tour ticket and $10 for a Single House admission. Tickets will be sold at the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center and the Williamsburg Lodge on November 30th from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and on December 1st from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. During Tour hours tickets will also be sold at each of the Houses on the Tour.

Parking at the Visitor Center is free and a ticket enables you to ride the Colonial Williamsburg buses on Tour day.
