For more than twenty years now, Williamsburg has been home. Not just where I work — but where I’ve lived, raised my family, built relationships, invested, explored, and become deeply connected to the community. Over that time, I’ve had the privilege of selling homes in nearly every neighborhood in the Historic Triangle, from established communities to brand-new developments. In fact, I’m often among the very first to know when new neighborhoods are being planned or builders are preparing to break ground — long before signs ever go up.
Along the way, I’ve become something of a storyteller for this area. I’ve written thousands of pages about life in Williamsburg — neighborhoods, events, restaurants, festivals, market trends, and the little details that make each part of this region unique. My goal has always been simple: help people understand not just where they might live, but what their life here might actually look like.
Outside of real estate, I’m a curious explorer by nature. I’m a borderline foodie, an enthusiastic (and well-researched) beer and wine fan, and fairly confident I’ve visited nearly every brewery and winery within a 200-mile radius. I’ve logged thousands of miles on a bicycle across the U.S. and Europe, love time on the water in both powerboats and sailboats, and have always believed that how you live is just as important as where you live.
Family and community have shaped much of who I am. My two sons attended public school here from first grade through high school before heading off to college. I served on our neighborhood HOA board and ran our community pool for ten years — experiences that gave me a deep appreciation for how neighborhoods really function behind the scenes. I’m a lifelong voter, an engaged local resident, and someone who genuinely cares about the future of this area.
Music is another lifelong passion. I travel far and wide to hear great bands, attend festivals, and support live music whenever I can. We also love the outdoors — our RV has taken us all over the country, camping, exploring, and discovering new places that often inspire future trips (and sometimes future investments).
Speaking of investments, I’m an active real estate investor myself. I own and manage a portfolio of long-term rentals and, over the past few years, have expanded into multiple short-term rentals that I personally operate. I’ve built homes from the ground up, remodeled extensively, flipped properties, and helped many clients do the same. Because of that, I bring a very practical, real-world perspective to every transaction.
I know the contractors. I know the pricing. I can usually walk through a house and give you a solid ballpark on renovation costs, timelines, and feasibility — before you ever write an offer. I stay deeply connected to builders, inspectors, designers, lenders, and trades across the region so my clients always have reliable people to call.
At the end of the day, I see myself less as a salesperson and more as a local guide. Someone who understands the market, the neighborhoods, the lifestyle, and the opportunities — and who enjoys sharing all of it with the people I work with.

Williamsburg captured my heart decades ago. I fell in love with its rare mix of history, charm, and genuine community — and I’ve been immersed in it ever since.
I’ve raised my family here. I’ve biked nearly every trail (especially the Virginia Capital Trail). I’ve explored the local restaurant and brewery scene. I’m a regular at concerts, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings.
