Hampton Roads Solar Home Tour
On Saturday, October 5, 2019 Homeowners interested in Solar Power are invited to meet at the Ernie Morgan Environmental Action Center in Norfolk, VA (3500 Granby Street) to talk with solar installers and learn more about solar from 11am-2pm!
There will be solar and green building advocates giving presentations and information about the Hampton Roads Solar Tour. Afterward, you can visit a solar open house location to talk with solar homeowners and learn about all the great benefits of solar, as well as the installation process they experienced.
WHAT IS A LOCAL SOLAR TOUR?
A local solar tour is a group of multiple solar open house events being organized together in a particular community or area. Some local tours may be guided or require a ticket to attend, while others are self-guided and free. Local tours can be organized by non-profit organizations, individual volunteers, and solar installation companies.
This event is free and open to the public – everyone is welcome to attend. Whether you are a solar owner, completely new to solar, or somewhere in between – this event is for you.
