Did you ever wonder where those tulips come from when youāre walking through Whole Foods or your local grocery store?
Thereās a good chance they came from Bloomia.
And nowāone of the largest tulip growers in the world is opening up their fields right here in Virginia for a pretty incredible experience.

š· A Little Bit of Holland⦠Closer Than You Think
Bloomia grows over 75 million tulip stems every year, with deep roots in the Netherlands and large-scale greenhouse operations here in the U.S.

š· A Personal Note

Hereās something a lot of people donāt know about meā¦
Before real estate, I was actually in the flower business.
Iāve been to the Netherlands multiple times and seen those tulip fields in personārows of color stretching as far as you can see. Itās one of those experiences that sticks with you.
And while nothing fully replaces Holland in the springā¦
This is about as close as youāre going to get without getting on a plane.
š· Why I Share Things Like This
If youāve followed me for a while, you know I donāt just write about houses.
I write about what itās like to live here.
Because when people move to Williamsburgāor anywhere in this regionāitās about more than the home. Itās about the lifestyle⦠the day trips⦠the experiences.
And this is exactly the kind of thing that makes living here fun.
