Here are a few resources that might help if you are you looking for rental housing in Williamsburg VA.

You can search what area homes they have available here Should you have any questions about or wish to view any property in our companies inventory, please e-mail [email protected] , or call our office at 757-643-7928. One of the property management associates will respond promptly. Business hours are Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Note they only rent homes in their inventory.

Rents in Williamsburg VA will start at $1100+ for a nicer condo. And around $1500 for a smaller home. If you find one for less rent it quickly
Another source for rentals is the William and Mary Off Campus Housing website. There you can find both 12 month rentals, short term rentals/ subleases and some roommate sharing opportunities. Although it is intended for students , it can be a great resource for anyone searching for a rental . Simply create a profile for yourself and search away.
SHORT TERM RENTALS- LESS THAN MONTHS
A great resource for “Short Term Furnished Rentals in Williamsburg “ is Chip Funke. He has accommodated many of my clients through the years. Chip has two and four bedroom condos for rent that are fully furnished. The rates vary by season but are super reasonable and include all utilities, weekly housekeeping, and the use of all amenities like : Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pools, Health Spa,Fitness Center & Tennis courts.Washer/Dryers are available

Elan Williamsburg is currently allowing shorter term rentals.
You can also try the Monticello Apartments at Powhatan ( behind Target & Martins) They have done less than 12 month leases and allow pets.
Spottswood Commons Apartments on Longhill Rd ( Pets allowed and they do less than 12 months leases)
Sterling Manor at High Street on Richmond Rd ( they will do 7 month + leases and allow pets) adjacent to High Street with movie theater, Five Guys, Plaza Azteca, Firehouse Subs and more
