One of the property management associates will respond promptly. Business hours are Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Note they only rent homes in their inventory.

Rents in Williamsburg VA will start at $1900+ for a nicer condo. And around $2400 for a smaller home. If you find one for less rent it quickly
Another source for rentals is the William and Mary Off Campus Housing website. There you can find both 12 month rentals, short term rentals/ subleases and some roommate sharing opportunities. Although it is intended for students , it can be a great resource for anyone searching for a rental . Simply create a profile for yourself and search away.
