Working With Me as Your Buyer’s Agent

Why We Sign a Buyer Broker Agreement (and What It Means for You)

The Buyer Broker Agreement is a simple form that formalizes our working relationship and ensures you’re represented in the transaction. It outlines the responsibilities we each take on during your home search and purchase.

Here’s what it does:

Confirms I represent you, not the seller. That means I owe you loyalty, confidentiality, and full advocacy from day one. Clarifies how I get paid. At this time, I’m still paid by the seller in nearly every transaction. You won’t owe me a commission unless a seller isn’t offering any compensation—which is rare and would always be discussed up front. Establishes a mutual commitment. I dedicate my time, expertise, and resources to help you find the right home, and you agree to work exclusively with me during that process.

Buying a home is a big decision. You deserve a professional in your corner—someone who knows the neighborhoods, understands the market, and helps you spot value (and red flags) before you make an offer. I’ll help you write a winning contract, navigate inspections, and get to the closing table with confidence.
