DR Horton to build homes in Liberty Ridge

The homebuilder is joining the likes of Ryan Homes, Wayne Harbin Builder, and Eagle Construction. Initially, they will build 19 homes in Liberty Ridge, a master-planned 3+ acre lot community in James City County

Details are forthcoming. But we expect to see prices starting in the 700’s for homes and lot combined. The pictures above are their signature collection that was built in the Mebane North Carolina area I would expect something similar to be constructed in Liberty Ridge. Lot Clearing has started and sales will commence in the near future. I’m happy to help anyone looking to build in that community. Plans and detailed pricing should be available soon.
