You may be eligible if you earn between $30,000 – $67,999 and have a credit score of 620 or higher with little or no debt.
Down payment and closing cost assistance are available to qualified first-time homebuyers. Home buyers can choose from a a variety of townhomes, condominiums and single-family homes located in the communities of Ironbound Subdivision, ( across the street from New Town , Braemar Creek , Liberty Crossing and , Williamsburg Village at Norge
