Dreaming of owning a home?  Come learn about James City County’s First Time Buyer Program open to those 1st time buyers who live or work in JCC or Williamsburg!  It also applies to folks who have not owned a home in the last three years.

You may be eligible if you earn  between $30,000 – $67,999  and have a credit score of 620 or higher with little or no debt.

Down payment and closing cost assistance are available to qualified first-time homebuyers. Home buyers can choose from a a variety of townhomes, condominiums and single-family homes located in the communities of Ironbound Subdivision,  ( across the street from New Town , Braemar Creek , Liberty Crossing and , Williamsburg Village at Norge
