Expansion of The Settlement under review
Settlement at Powhatan Creek Phase 4 – Proposed Townhome Development
AES Consulting Engineers has submitted a conceptual plan for review to the James City County Planning Department to construct 72 townhomes in phase four of The Settlement at Powhatan Creek.
The new section will have use of the existing facilities and will be 55+ age-restricted. No word yet on who is building them but Ryan Homes built the last homes in the community. The first builders were both Wayne Harbin Homes and Marquee Homes. Together they built out most of the first section.
At this point, approximately 268 homes and townhomes have been built. It was approved for 400 total residences at completion.
