We won’t let you miss out on anything – we have a thorough process for making sure we understand exactly what you want.
MARKET EDUCATION DAY
Hop in the car and go for a tour of the community. We’ll share the inside scoop about neighborhoods and show you some homes, pointing out the pros and cons…before we ask you to commit to work with us. Think about it as an “on-the-job interview”– no cost, no obligation.

When you are ready, we begin our search in earnest. We preview listings to make sure that you don’t miss anything that meets your criteria for features and price range, but we won’t waste your time with homes that don’t.
OFFER
When we find the home you love, we’ll prepare a market summary to make sure you don’t pay too much. If we think you’re making a mistake, we’ll tell you…but decisions are always yours. We prepare a draft offer for your review, protecting you with financing and inspection contingencies. We are skilled negotiators and have lots of experience helping buyers make wise decisions.
CLOSING
There are a million moving parts in a real estate closing, and it’s our job to synchronize them to ensure that your settlement and move happen as smoothly as possible. We’ll guide you through the inspections and all the decisions, offering advice and recommending affiliates that have a track record of doing a great job. We are with you every step of the way!
