How is the real estate market in Williamsburg VA

So only a few months into 2014 and the Williamsburg VA real estate market is moving along strongly. Although we show 6.4 months of inventory in the Williamsburg market that’s a little deceiving. Some of that is proposed construction. Homes that are priced right and in good condition are selling quickly. We have seen a few homes recently with multiple offers within a few days of being listed..

Interest rates remain low  We expect this trend to continue for the next several months.  Right now our biggest issue is finding houses to sell.
