Liz Moore and Associates continues to top the Williamsburg market

Liz Moore and Associates has continued to increase its market share for another year. The Williamsburg, VA, office opened in 2005 and quickly outpaced many established firms in the Historic Triangle. The firm finished 2015 with 19% of the market share, a comfortable lead over the 2nd place firm, which finished with 14.7%, and up from their 18.06% finish in 2014. Liz Moore and Associates is one of only a few truly local real estate firms remaining in Williamsburg. The firm opened its doors in Newport News in 2003. Mr. Williamsburg was in the starting lineup when they opened the Williamsburg office in 2005. Both offices have continued to gain prominence in Hampton Roads and Williamsburg even as many other local firms have merged or been acquired by national brands.
