I am happy to share the latest updates on the Rose Hill development in York County, VA, brought to you by Corinth Residential. This by-right single-family residential project is set to transform two adjacent parcels totaling 118.5 acres into a vibrant community.
The development is set to include 242 new single-family residential lots and a clubhouse. This ambitious project aims to enhance the local community and provide modern living spaces.
Development History:
The Rose Hill journey began in 2007 under the auspices of Hampton Roads Development LLC. (VEI Homes)The project initially received approval for 257 single-family lots, with the final plan greenlit in 2015 for 242 single-family lots.
Transition: Corinth Residential took over the development and is moving forward with clearing, infrastructure, and utilities.
