About the homes: Townhome in The Oaks were built around 1984 and features one, two, and three-bedroom units from 947-2384 square feet. The majority of the units are the two-bedroom 1188 square foot size. Only a few are the one-bedroom 947 sq foot units.

Homeowner’s Association: The monthly fee of about $135 per month covers trash removal, landscaping and lawn care.

Schools: Residents of The Oaks attend Williamsburg-James City County schools. This includes Mathew Elementary, Berkeley Middle and Lafayette High. The College of William and Mary and Thomas Nelson Community College are also nearby.
