Set on approximately 340 mostly wooded, scenic rolling acres it will contain 87 homes once complete. Although the original developer has sold all the original lots there are a few left for resale purchase. All lots are 3 acres plus with A1 agricultural zoning which would allow you to keep horses there. The majority of the lots are wooded. Public water is available at all lots and sewer is taken care of with septic systems. Lot sales in Wexford Hill commenced in the mid 1990’s and lot re-sales continue through today.
All of the homes within the neighborhood were custom built. Styles consist of colonials, transitional and other styles. Home sizes range from 2600 square feet to 6200 square feet. You will find some homes that have been built with walk out basements and others with conventional crawl spaces.
Wexford Hills was developed for home owners who don’t want a high monthly cost home owner association The fees are currently $17 monthly. This covers the cost of maintaining the entrances to the neighborhood and as well as taking care of the association property within the development.
