What NoodleCon Is All About

The idea behind NoodleCon is simple: bring together thinkers from very different worlds and let them share ideas.

Instead of traditional academic panels or rigid corporate conferences, the event aims to create conversations that cross boundaries — connecting creativity, entrepreneurship, science, music, storytelling, and technology.

Attendees can expect:

Keynote talks Creative discussions and panels Live performances Networking opportunities Interactive conversations with innovators and creators

Events like this are becoming increasingly popular because they allow people to explore big ideas in a relaxed and creative environment rather than a purely academic setting.

Location: Newport News, Virginia

NoodleCon will be held in Newport News, right here on the Virginia Peninsula.

Why This Event Is Worth Watching

Events like NoodleCon don’t happen often in our part of Virginia. It’s not every day that a lineup of Grammy-winning musicians, neuroscientists, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders gathers just a few miles from Williamsburg.

Whether you’re interested in music, business, creativity, or simply hearing fascinating people share their stories, this is shaping up to be a unique and thought-provoking event for the region.

If the organizers pull this off successfully, NoodleCon could easily become one of the most talked-about annual gatherings on the Peninsula.

About Me

Meet Mr. Williamsburg

If you’re new to the area, welcome! I’m John Womeldorf, also known around town as Mr. Williamsburg.

For more than 20 years I’ve been helping people discover the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this part of Virginia such a special place to live. I’ve sold homes from the North Carolina border all the way to Richmond and everywhere in between, and I’m proud to be part of Liz Moore & Associates, with offices in Williamsburg, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Richmond, and Kilmarnock.

But my work goes far beyond simply helping people buy and sell homes. I see myself as a local ambassador for the region—someone who loves sharing the restaurants, festivals, neighborhoods, outdoor adventures, and unique experiences that make life here so enjoyable.

Whether you’re thinking about relocating to Williamsburg, exploring nearby communities like Newport News or Yorktown, buying land to build a home, or selling a property, I’d be happy to help.
