Founders Pointe has been selected by the Peninsula Housing & Builders Association to host the 2013 Parade of Homes model home extravaganza next April 13th – 28th. Founders Pointe is an award winning, waterfront community in the Carrollton area of Isle of Wight County, near Smithfield, Virginia.
