The first ever Williamsburg Jazz & Wine Festival kicks off October 12th!
WJW Festival revolves around live jazz and wine appreciation, and is a relaxing weekend of listening and tasting for a good cause, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters.
WJW features regional musicians, an all-star ensemble of Virginia jazz musicians, select wineries and delicious food, but it will only be around for three days so mark your calendars for the following WJW events:

Friday evening, October 12th
A red carpet benefit reception & silent auction supporting Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters. This semi-formal affair will feature the Hampton Roads Jazz All-Stars (led by jazz bassist Jimmy Masters) and select wines and gourmet samplings from The Trellis Restaurant, Blue Talon Bistro, DoG Street Pub, The Fat Canary and The Cheese Shop. Jazz Brunch + Wine Tour
Sunday, October 14th: 11:00am to 2:00pm
The WJW festival will close in historic downtown Williamsburg on D.O.G. Street (Duke of Gloucester). All festival patrons are invited to enjoy
Sunday brunch at The Trellis Restaurant and Blue Talon Bistro, which will feature
live jazz from local artists. There is no cover, so enjoy the live music at the bar, in the lounge, or even outside on The Trellis Terrace while you enjoy their one and only Lazy Day Sunday brunch.
