Williamsburg market at-a-glance

The October statistics are in, and Williamsburg sales have leveled somewhat for the autumn. Inventory is up just 2.5% over October 2014, with significant increases in the luxury home market. Pending sales have decreased, and are 20.2% lower than last October. Riding the crest of August and September pending sales, closed sales this October were up 21.1% over last year. Month’s supply stands at 7.2, down 11.1% from October 2014.
