New listings are up a big 30% over this time last year for single-family detached homes in the Williamsburg Area and 15% for single family attached properties, according to the August home sales report. Pending sales increased 7.5% for single-family detached, and nearly 38% for single family attached properties. The median price was up 4.6% for SF detached and 3.5% for SF attached properties.
