Fairway Villas-Condos Fairway Villas: Fairway Villas is a townhouse neighborhood located off of Greensprings Rd. Amenities include a playground, tennis courts and a swimming pool.
Fenwick Hills-Ryan Homes** Fenwick Hills is located in the Toano near Anderson’s Corner. The lone amenity in this neighborhood is a playground. A few new homes are still available.
Fernbrook Fernbrook is located adjacent to Berkeley’s Green on Greensprings Road. Houses range from 2400 square feet to 4000 square feet.
Fieldcrest Estates Fieldcrest is located off of Greensprings Road and backs up to John Tyler Highway. Amenities include a tennis court and a swimming pool. It also offers convenient access to the Colonial Trail which runs from Jamestown Island to Charles City County, Virginia.
First Colony First Colony: First Colony homes range in age from 40 years old to brand new. Perched on the banks of the James River, sunsets are spectacular from these waterfront homes. Prices range from $200,000-$2 million. Amenities include a private beach, boat ramp, playground, clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.
Fords Colony** A community of some 3000 acres, this is the largest of the gated communities in Williamsburg. The development started in the mid 1980’s and now has over 2,300 homes. A community of this size offers many choices of home styles and price points. Although largely comprised of detached single family homes, there are also townhouses and condos in the development.
Four Seasons at New Kent Vineyards **(a 55+ Community)
Fox Ridge: Located off of Centerville Road in Williamsburg. Modestly priced homes that are near Warhill High School and Hornsby Middle School.
Governors Land** The Governor’s Land at Two Rivers – can boast the title of Williamsburg’s only Private Country Club Community. It certainly has many other qualities to attract a homeowner. The facilities and amenities are unrivalled and include membership to the Two Rivers Country Club, with three Dining Room options; a Tom Fazio designed golf course, a fitness center, various swimming pools, and more. Governors Land in Williamsburg is composed of 733 homesites, Two Rivers Country Club. Two Rivers is a private club and all residents are members of the club at various levels. Graylin Woods: Graylin Woods is located off of Route 5 (John Tyler Hwy.) between Route 199 and Five Forks in Williamsburg, VA. It is composed of older custom built homes and known for its beautifully wooded lots.
Greensprings West & Greensprings Plantation – these two sister neighborhoods sit across the street from each off Centerville Rd. Both feature home sites bordering Williamsburg National Golf Course and the golf course offers special rates to residents. Each has its own outdoor pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and playgrounds. High Street-Town Homes** High Street: Condominiums in Williamsburg that are for sale. High Street also features a movie theatre, Movie Tavern where you can watch movies and eat dinner. Numerous other restaurants have located in this new urban development in Williamsburg. NOTE: Sales have been discontinued at this time by the developer.
Holly Hills is a small, exclusive community within the City of Williamsburg. With it’s desirable location, just 1.5 miles from the historic area of Colonial Williamsburg and the campus of William and Mary College, it attracts those looking for the best neighborhood within the city. The 150, or so, single family homes also pay the very attractive City tax rate! This is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the area and is a former location for the Parade of Homes.

Kiln Creek- York Co Kiln Creek: One of the nicer planned unit developments straddling Newport News and York County. Kiln Creek is located between Jefferson Avenue and Oyster Point Rd. Amenities include swimming pool, soccer field, tennis courts and walking/jogging trails and golf course.
Kingsmill – home of the LPGA for many years, is the most mature and probably the best known of the planned communities in our area. The ambiance at Kingsmill is definitely more “resort like” and they have the amenities to match. The development is built around three 18 hole golf courses and a 9 hole par 3. It also contains a marina, a stocked fishing pond, the fitness center, spa and five restaurants..
Kingspoint Kingspoint: A heavily wooded neighborhood bordering the historic Colonial Parkway. Most homes were built between 1960-1980’s.
Kingswood: Located off of Jamestown Road with a swimming pool being it’s main amenity. If you have swimmers the Kingswood Pool is a main destination for local athletes looking to train with Hall of Fame swimming coach Harold Baker of WAC ( Williamsburg Aquatic Club)
