From I-64 (travel east from Richmond, and west from Williamsburg), take exit #214 (New Kent/Providence Forge). Turn south on Route 155 and travel for ¼ mile. Turn left into Bel Green. Current HOA fees are approx $235 monthly + $1000 annualy to the Brickshire HOA

The Bel Green HOA fee of $235.00 a month covers the following Items:
The exterior of the home is painted every (8) eight years. The exterior of the home is power washed every (4) four years. Lawn is cut weekly and maintained. Trash removal. Community shared Propane, billed through Virginia Natural Gas Company -monthly utility billing).  Gutters are cleaned Annually. Grounds are mulched Annually (Front and side yard). Window cleaning outside only, Roof repairs and siding – According to HOA Regulations and By-laws Regulations. HOA fees for Brickshire are an additional $1000 annually.
