Weekly Happenings at Colonial Heritage

Special Notice: Cox Working Onsite-Isaac Circle

Cox contractors are on site to do site work to provide service to Section 5.2. This project will take several days to complete and will impact 3801-3823 Isaac Circle along with 3820 Isaac Circle. No service interruptions to customers are anticipated.

Resurfacing of Tennis Courts

The tennis courts resurfacing work has been extended through Thursday, August 24, 2023. There will be no access to the tennis courts during these days as the resurfacing material must have time to dry.

The Tennis court will be accessible on Friday, August 25, 2023.

Front Gate Speed Hump Replacement / September 5 & 6, 2023

The contractor, Hydracrete, will be performing the replacements and will start on the outbound lane at 9:00 a.m. We have reserved Sept 6 as a backup day for the installation process, predicated on a weather or circumstance delay.

During this process, maintenance, security and contractor will work together to manage the traffic flow entering and exiting the gated areas, utilizing our existing traffic bollards. One traffic lane in and out of the front gates will be open at all times during this process and the gates are set to remain open as well.

Indoor Pool Closure

The indoor pool will be closed for repairs to the deck on Thursday, August 31, 2023, between 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

White House Holiday Tour

We still need 14 residents to register for this event to fill the bus. The next registration day is August 29 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and registration forms will be time stamped. Those interested in participating must:

1. register in person on August 29 – first come first served
2. provide a valid Drivers License
3. be available on either December 5 or 6 (date of trip is determined in November)
4. bring a $15.00 nonrefundable check for deposit (total price is $52.00)

CH Community Expo / September 23
10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m

This event will focus on what CH clubs, interest groups, and committees have to offer all CH residents.
