My experience with John Womeldorf has been exceptional. Certainly he is extremely warm and personable. But, probably more important, he has been extremely responsive and well informed. He has been quick to provide answers (from developers and others) and documentation (such as the many pages of Rules and Regulations in New Town), as we considered several properties. His computer expertise has eased the receipt and dissemination of information, including the scanning of executed documents that I can send along to my attorney. John’s presentation of past sales, viewed on the screen in your conference room and then printed out, allowed me to make a well informed offer on a property in New Town.

John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client. His support was especially good for someone considering a purchase from far away. Virtual tours of properties and many digital photographs of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhoods arrived on my laptop and allowed me to have a much better sense of each property in advance of my visit.

Overall, John made me feel as though I was his only client and that he had all the time in the world to find me a property that I would love. We both know better than that. I am sure that he is serving a multitude of clients for your firm with the same incredible efforts.

It is hard to believe it has been two months since we closed! Apologies for the lateness of this note. We wanted to thank you for doing such a great job in helping us buy our first home. The house is amazing! It really is awesome. We have breakfast every morning on the screened porch. We love the master bath, the kitchen, the office, etc. The neighborhood and surrounding area (bike path, parks, etc.) are also great. I could go on and on. We are truly blessed to live in such a beautiful home and have you to thank for helping make this possible. I recently spoke to a co-worker that recently purchased a home in Maryland. I won’t go into details, but he didn’t have a great buying experience and part of that was his agent. It was a strong reminder of how fortunate we were to have such a great agent helping us. I also wanted to let you know that we filled out the Liz Moore survey. We of course gave you top marks across the board and won’t hesitate to recommend you to our friends. Thanks for everything.
